RIP R9 290X hue Anyways, after seeing that nVidia will also be releasing a workstation class (6+ GB VRAM) card... all I have t o say is Also, for those interested into why you'd want 6GB or more... think about having a 4K monitor running BF4 at Ultra. lol... or 3 monitors (1080p each running in parallel)... Most gamers and myself wont be able to afford a 4k monitor for a while haha. Both the 290x and 780 ti are unnecessary for even the most epic power user. bbbbbuuuuttttt...... Like i said with the titan....Keep the bigger and better products coming (from both companies) and lower my prices so I can buy it. Will be watching HWbot for the 3dmark scores. AMD forcing vendors to use their reference cooling design is stupid... no offense towards AMD. My initial thoughts were to get the 290x but after rumours hearing that they would make the 780Ti a full GK110 I was like eh... it's pretty much the full Kepler tech we're going to see from nVidia. now to see what MAxwell and Pirate islands bring :3 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They are much easier to pull off and throw a dice pot in it =D Top ocing cards are refernce. Mostly because most companies only make waterblocks for reference cards. aka i got a gtx 760 and get find a waterblock for it because its acx cooler one and the design is different when you remove it. But yeah its a dick move on AMDs part for people not like me hahaha. Also spare me some monies and get me super 780 ti also pork buns. For me, its not worth the extra cost to go with a 780 ti. If it just smashed on the 290x then, i could see spending the extra 200 bucks, but it doesn't. I did state my primary reasons such as an unreasonable thermal boost (95oC for a modern video card lol...)
