Please tell us about the incident: during a warday I played a 26 second soundclip of Bill Clinton (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KiIP_KDQmXs) and at about the last 3-4 seconds or thats when i saw it was said to be turned off. then i was muted by mongoose. He was playing this clip (that hes been playing everytime he could for about a week) and I told him to off. Gave him about 5 secs to respond and he doesnt so I mute him.
