Rudabaga
1. Budget $1100 2. Brand preferences None 3. What do you plan to do with the machine? Gaming 4. Is there a place where you'd like to get the parts from? iBUYPOWER 5. What parts (if any) do you have already that you don't need upgraded? None 6. Do you plan to overlock? No 7. Do you have an OS (e.g. Windows) that you can use for this computer? No I'm not sure if this is this best idea but I'd like to have someone build me a computer on the www.ibuypower.com website. I honestly have no clue how to build my own so I don't want to just buy parts. Would it be significantly better to buy the parts and build it myself? Mr Hugh Janus
It would be cheaper to buy separate parts and that is usually how you would wanna go. 1,100 dollars on a premade computer is usually a lot cheaper if you build by yourself. Mr Swede # Johan
With that budget you should be able to get a new a pretty good computer, I got mine for somewhere like that amount almost 2 years ago now, and it can do high on BF4 with around 60fps, no overclocking. (I'm not the best computer builder but I know the basics and how to build now). I KNOW THIS IS NOT THE WEBSITE, easier for me and I didn't find where to make a computer on that website. Parts: Kingston 8GB (2x4GB) CL9 1600Mhz HyperX Genesis Seagate Barracuda ST2000DM001 64MB 2TB Samsung 840 EVO Series MZ-7TE120 120GB Intel Core i5 4670K 3.4 GHz ASRock Z87 Pro3 ATX Gigabyte Radeon R9 280X OC HDMI Dual-DisplayPort 3GB or Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 Windforce 3X HDMI DisplayPort Dual-DVI 2GB Corsair CX600M 600W Got that myself, it works fine and no need for more power Then any Full-tower case, I'm going to link one but they are expensive, might over do the budget. HAF 932 This is what I think is good, but some people like some things and some don't. With this you should be able to do ultra on bf4, which is the goal that most people try to achieve.
Sarcastic Lemon
Swede has the right idea, get the parts cheaper from multiple websites. If you need help building it you can use youtube to help or ask on the forums if you have a specific question. Hell I could even walk you through it if I had the time. Intel Core i5 4670K 3.4 GHz i7 what are you doing son

Quadcore
i7 what are you doing son An i5 4670k will be perfect for this build, rather have more of my budget to spend on the GPU than the CPU. IvoryG37
Its better to build it yourself cause you can swap part if something were ever to die. Also if you're not familiar with parts. You could always take a look at sites like http://www.logicalincrements.com/ that will have pre listed build that you can follow depending on your money and etc.
