I had received a recruit's phone number (UglyyHippo) from Elli SnipeYoAss, I went on to spam it with messages (which I did mainly as a joke). I then went to the Bhop channel, and gave out the number (Again, as a joke). I do apologize to UglyyHippo for releasing the number, and for jokingly spamming the number.
