To be honest, I could give a flying fuck about the hats and items, but those ass hats are calling us cheaters because we used the program. I keep asking Doug what cheating means...he keeps replying with the same circumventing system bull shit. I hope he eats a bag of dicks in hat hell. However, my beef is the fact that they told us they weren't taking any action against idlers, then they did the complete opposite. Development doesn't think it's necessary to inform the customers because they don't think it's relevant. In reality, support is exponentially more in tune with what the customer "needs".
