Sirius Posted April 1, 2014 Share Posted April 1, 2014 I had a similar problem with CS:GO and I traced it down to my a/v software quarantining one of the required DLL files continuously. If you have any type of A/V installed, see if you can exclude that path from it's scanner and see if you can launch (or re-install) gmod successfully.
