Ensuring No Friendly-Fire? Let's Cooperate

So through first-hand experience I've learned that we need to make sure we can identify one another in-game rather than depending on voice chat. Hopefully a mod stickies this so we can make it a permanent change.

First idea: Unique "Clan tag" in our equipment - IE a red barrette or off-color item that ensures that we're who we say we are. I only suggest off color on small items like hats because that reduces the chances of being spotted.

Second idea: We recently announced a spot-check for all members. So when someone IN-GAME!!! (keep that in mind) says "spot-check" you must use Q/E to sway side-to-side within 5-seconds or be shot.

Third idea: We should use unique identifying items on our person to ensure that we know just who another person is by looking at them. For example: I personally wear face masks (the white cloth masks and aviator glasses) Though we can make them more specific.

I know that this can be difficult in-game and server hopping might be necessary, but when we form large parties it becomes difficult to see who is who based on our meager builds. Can I get some insight or even edit this post with dignifiers for our specific clan? I'd love to make sure friendly fire never happens.
