Noticed his constant headshot feed and so I switched to spectate to see if he was aimbotting. I also noticed he's ranked #1 on iceworld. I also have another demo just extended if needed, I didn't want to take action if he's in top 20.

I don't see any hacks in that demo, no aimbot, just a regular top ranked player, unbanned...
