Okay first off
Racism requires a definition and a category, I'll assume you mean hostility so I'll use the one the UK law courts use:
a) at the time of the offence (or shortly before or after), the offender demonstrates to the victim hostility based on the victim's membership (or presumed membership) of a racial or religious group, or

b) the offence is motivated wholly or partly by hostility towards members of a racial or religious group based on their membership (or presumed membership) of that group.

Now lets get down to whats wrong with your claims.

Reggin is not a word in the english language and so does not have a definition and so cannot be racist.

Racoons no matter how it is capitalised still means racoons i.e.
raccoon

plural noun: raccoons

a greyish-brown American mammal which has a foxlike face with a black mask, a ringed tail, and the habit of washing its food in water.

Also Not racist.

LbzLeader is a butthurt little 12 year old who can't handle the truth and should be dealt with appropriately, perhaps banned until his 18th birthday.
