Wrote extremely racist and discriminatory items on walls, had already been warned twice by admins.
He then went to call people n******s over his mic, and disconnected
He has had many issues in the past, has been t-listed, kicked on multiple occasions, and has already had another ban for the same reason here:

He is constantly disruptive using his mic; talking over lead, falsely accusing CTs of freeshooting/killing, and making racist remarks.
With this new act I believe he should be banned, which is why I am posting here.
I have both a demo and a screenshot, it should be sufficient.

The screenshot titled 2014-04-27_00002.jpg shows the first time he wrote out his racist remark by electric chair, and the screenshot titled 2014-04-27_00003.jpg shows him in the process of repeating the act underneath the rules sign.

I was still alive when the first instance was created, but was able to start a new demo of him creating the second after I died; the demo should show him writing it at the very start, no skipping ahead needed.
