Realms is a corrupt map when recording demos, go check it yourself I am not letting this be disapproved because some guy using aimbot likes to exploit a map or because the server has a problem. http://i.imgur.com/gWS5MNM.png he killed 43 people in three minutes with 12 people on a team, then I kicked him because I was just about to leave the server. He came back within a couple minutes with a different name, then he killed 19 people in one minutes so I banned him relying on a demo that was corrupt because of the server.

If he was vac banned then he wont be able to play tf2 anyways, so we ban him or not it wont matter.
No proof no ban.
