I don't see in chat logs where he was warned and kicked before he was banned. Was he?

He was not warned, from my knowledge script/hyperscroll is a instaban. I did ask him over mic why he had one on and if he could turn it off, though mics don't record over demos.

Edit: I was corrected when I hopped into the Helpdesk, I now know its a Warn>Kick>Ban but at the time I didn't.
