Voiding mute/Racial slurs

He started mic spamming I hate white people at tick 1595 so I muted him then he leaves at tick 9122 and returned to avoid mute so i kicked him at tick 10874 he joins right back so i mute him again at tick 12273 he immediately left after that mute "again". Rejoins "again" with a different name which apply's racism and was spamming the N-word so i banned him then I disconnected to go on forms to do my ban report then i get a steam msg. from people in are server say he rejoined with a alt account so dictator went in there for me and banned him twice for racism so now he has 3 bans in 5 minutes.. ty
