Hello, I received a ban, and I didn´t do nothing, view this please:

I was going to enter to HG Minigames in CS:GO when it sayed I was ban, I came to the bans list and checked this:
Im here, I received a ban LAST MONTH, but ONLY for 10 minutes (of CS:GO server), but ONLY that ban: http://hellsgamers.c...s&st=MCuadros
Then I saw this, a profile with a name so much similar from mine: "MCuadrom" it sayed he received a "Permanent ban" from other game (I only play the server HellGamers in CS:GO): http://hellsgamers.c...=is&st=MCuadrom

Can someone help and disban me?, Thanks.

You were caught glitching the map, the demo shows it all. Do you remember throwing gun in JoeyMap to stop the spinning bar.

Sorry for doing that, I dont knew that doing that was against the rules, Is because I watch to many people doing that, that I thought it was valid, can you give me an opportunitie? Also I dont know too much English and what was a demo or how I was supposed to open (but now I know), thanks.

Never do it again, next time it will be a permanent ban. I will reduce it to one week.
