This player dldl has returned after his 1 day ban and was spamming the radio with music again. I warned him multiple times about getting banned again and to stop. I ended up muting him, he then started typing racist comments, I then gagged him. After he could do no more he left. I will attach a demo.

Here's his previous ban. If you look at his chat log you can see he's just looking to cause trouble. next one should be permanent. save us all the hassle.
