spammed chat repeatedly, kept spamming mic with racism after being warned multiple times. posting demo in a sec.

*Justin had been warned before I started recording. may not be in vid but should be in chat logs. I figured out STI worked for a gag and kick.
**i apologize again for the long demo.

~Tick 3109-3948 - Justin spams chat after I had warned the server about it previously, Gagged
~Tick 12717-15757 - Justin spams N word a second time over mic. attempted kick but was putting wrong # syntax into admin. Figured out STI works for kick.
~Tick 21469-23166 - Justin rejoins server and warned a second time racism would result in a ban
~Tick 34473-35092 - Justin spams mic again stops before i could mute. again forgot sti worked... Used admin menu
~Tick 38371-41271-42432 - Justin was spamming chat not sure if he was doing it before I died.
~Tick 61401 & 80433 -Justin spams chat
~Tick 86511- 85934 - Justin disconnects and reconnects to try and circumvent gag, warned upon reconnect that avoiding gag would result in a ban.
~Tick90884-91264 -Justin spams N word over mic again, banned and cueball went with him.

**I apologize for the delayed reaction on some of these offenses, i have reread the admin guide and am no aware of how to gag/mute - kick - ban by #
