As he is holding mayor hostage he decides to check out a house. A guy is standing outside of the house, not on the property whatsoever and is also unarmed. Anteria then proceeds to unload into this innocent bystanders face. None of the houses were even owned, and even if they were it would still be considered RDM.

Property lines? That's considered property. And if someone is one there property when you are raiding, you can FREELY kill them. Also, didn't include the part why they were in an unowned house. AKA fucking growing.

Yes, when someone is on there property you can freely kill them. Yet none of the houses were owned, so you yourself should see how this is RDM. They weren't growing either, I checked.

You are 100% positive they weren't growing, then why the fuck were they in a unowned house. And it's still property lines, I didnt need to check the fucking house to raid it i can just raid it. If i saw people growing in unowned, id raid them. Just like that, except you think they werent growing okay.
