I know this does not have much previous context, but this video shows Reeses Peeses going behind two people and randomly shooting them. I then proceed to ask Reeses why he killed those two guys and he responded with " They RDM'd me when I was mayor." This should prove enough that it was intentional RDM. I understand if there is not enough evidence to take action.
