Spamming grenades to lag server

Caught the guy spamming grenades in the top of the tower in zm_desesperados to lag the server.
I know its kinda the fault of the mapper for adding something like a grenade crate that you can spam but the intentions are pretty malicious by Guy's part, he clearly knows what he is doing.

I didn't know it was gonna lag the server that bad. I was just having a little bit of fun. I didn't mean to hurt anyone or anything. I'm sorry if it did. I love this server so much, and I wouldn't want to end it. I hope you can understand. SORRY!

I don't want to be banned from the server that I love dearly. I wouldn't want to be banned from a server that I spent so much time on (133 hours). PLEASE. I beg of you. I hope you can understand.
