i was driving in my car as mayor and he did not try and take me hostage and did not give me a warning over /advert. i understand i was tied after i was getting rdmed but he was going to kill me either way and i clearly did not punch him i was in my car

This shows nothing. All it shows is him shooting you. For all I know you punchwhored him then jumped in your car.

Get some more proof or a demo. Disapproved until then.
