said no more binds(wasn't pressing binds but using some copy paste every once in awhile after rounds) , Typed UwU and was banned. thought it was freindly but guess not

I just want to appeal this because it does not feel fair and extended ban was due to heat of the moment things. I was banned for "Spamming" but there are many things wrong about this ban according to the rules. Yes I was "warned" by being told "do it 1 more time and you will be demoted" "right now" "so try again" "go for it" ext. on egging on a response which wasn't a bind (which i have none). Also on the "Spamming" I don't believe 6 messages over 4 minutes is Spamming by any rulebook in the servers (messages were only sent between rounds as fun and not after every kill as stated).

One other thing that was wrong about the ban was the time of the ban, even by the rulebooks standard "Typing same thing in chat more than once will get you gagged.(useless spam, or gang promoting.) Repeat offenders will get banned.(starting from 1 day to perm)" As this was a first offense it should have only been a gag for the game but i was banned for a day.

I feel this ban was egged on and i didnt even do another "Stupid bind" after i was told not to. I feel the ban was because Archer was heated from the game (as their team was losing) and there is proof in his chat logs that some stuff went down on his side like changing harpys name to "demoted tonight" and hyper to "I'm a dumbass"

Would also like to ask if someone else could look over the ban as I feel this went to far and that this shouldn't be held on my ban record as I stopped when told and even if i continued it should have just been a Gag and not a ban...

Yes I was mad. You already know i'm pissed because teams were purposely got stacked against me. Instead of just playing the damn game, you have to paste your stupid bind after every single kill to egg us on. On top of that you are using an auto-sniper.

And, I never changed harpy's name? So if we can stay on topic about YOU spamming that would be great.

After, I told you not to spam anymore binds you proceed to tell me " but I have 30 more binds" and not taking my warning serious at all. So I'm not going to waste my time by gagging when you aren't even taking the situation serious in the first place, I'm just going to get rid of the troll (you).

That's all I have to say. I'll leave this open for Fortis or 3V0LU710N to handle.

Last words from me are most of those bans were over a year and a half ago before I even became a recruit and most recent ban was an un-communicated accident that was almost a month ago. and on the topic of binds as i stated above, I have none. I've been typing some out from my head and a few copied but I dont have these binded for the reason that I don't want to spam them, but are for fun between rounds when everyone usually talks between rounds....

And on the team stacking.... the teams werent that stacked and I was picked last, There was nothing i could have done about the teams.

Not worried about the team stack, it is what it is. It's part of HG 10mans, teams get stacked 90% of the time. You spamming bullshit is what pissed me off. No need to "paste" shit after every single kill you get. Just play the fucking game and leave it at that. It's fucking annoying to see that.

I don't know how spamming useless shit in chat is fun but ok.

Bans made by dL cannot be subject for "someone else to handle", just not how things work.

So this ban will be locked unless Archer would like to disapprove/shorten your ban and/or let you appeal further.

If you feel your ban was unjust, you can make an abuse report.
