edit: you didn't even take into consideration that they may have not have known about the mute so like what the shit that's a really good way to be introduced to the community, seeing people get banned left and right for breathing

if you use mic while muted it says "you are muted"...
if i just muted him again what stops him from just leaving and joining back again to get rid of mute? that is why we ban. its so they dont do it again.

Next time you join a server read their rules before doing anything, Next time do not avoid Punishment.
