Blatant use of a lag switch to avoid being shot. With demo reviews you can see that his lag mysteriously disappears whenever he fires his guns. His ping is within normal parameters for JB and is certainly not the reason behind his lag.

If this is not sufficient I have 30-45minutes more of demos of him doing this over the past few days. The whole server has been complaining, so here we are.
