This has been going for on for long enough. he keeps being toxic. he keeps harrasing and taunting mods (for example he keeps calling me "dragon fucker") and other members while pushing the rules to their limits. and he has a massive ban history and was actually permed before.

I think its time to stop.

(btw because he keeps changing name for god knows why and the proof has been taken in the span of a while so he's named necron, zs.dylan and knomadic)

Its not just about me. its about you being toxic and pushing the limits "I threw smoke at a jewish guy in cod and I asked if he liked the gas" those are your words, like really? You know the rules. but you keep breaking them.

While I will agree Dylan is a troll there is not enough evidence to ban him for trolling. There is a difference between being a troll and trolling. Everything here is either not breaking the rules or very minor.
