Twice he's free-killed and then disconnected to avoid punishment. First time it was as Killer Beast and after he free-killed with that name; he quickly disconnected (that first SS doesn't show the FK and I seem to have taking a SS when he did FK) and rejoined as Storm Shadow and I confirmed it was him through his Steam ID (STEAM_0:0:32308736). He again free-kills and quickly disconnected and rejoins as Killer Beast. He's already been punished before for FKing if you review his record. And since he has pretty much intentionally avoided punishment; I would recommend a ban against him.
