owning property as mayor, warned and didn't listen. than after i ticketed someone right infront of his property, he threatened to demote me for random ticketing his "friend", when it was legitament. rule #'s 6 & 7 of the government officials rules broken over not heathing my warning

Not really worthy a blacklist, a demote would've sufficed.
