I see Edward kill a cop right infront of bank then runs inside of bank and starts robbing it. When I ask him why he killed the officer he replyed "Cause I'm robbing the bank"

I didn't know i had to rob the bank then kill the cop, he cut the video off too soon i explained that i didnt know that i had to do it, and that was my first rdm and i get banned for it?
