Only warnings were done over mic / server wide. No kick due to other people being more toxic etc. I would prefer them to take this as warning but I am not going to use this as an excuse to say they were already warned and jump to kick during in-game procedure.

Since you don't have screenshots of the kick then this will serve as a warning.
