On the HG ZS Server for Gmod.

Violation of Rule 4 for Players: No spamming in mic and chat.

This player has been micspamming for quite a time now, and this time it reached the point where it resulted in everyone else being irritated with this player. Whenever mods aren't on, this player would spam, and then would arrive votekick abusing.
