At tick 43000, as I'm towing Tyllor Stalker's crashed car, he shoots my tow truck up, trying to stop me from towing his car.

I dont know that I cant shoot tow truck to broken because I dont want to pay fee or any stuff,I have seen people doing this lots of time and they tell me that is not against the rules and there are no rules that I cant shoot tow truck driver for stoping him to tow my car.
