If you watch Steve Dacapreo (Tick 700) standing in the middle of the bank parking lot using the drive feature, you can see Frank Fishstickz along with Joey Cracker hop out of their ford focus. Joey Cracker starts shooting at Steve for no reason, while Frank Fishstickz punches him. Joey finally kills Frank for no apparent reason.

I don't beleive I actually hit him... I was just punching around him. Anyways, I recall we were out to get him because a few minutes before the incident, he came into the Nexus with a weapon and killed me, and attempted to kill Joey Cracker. If there was something wrong with merely punching around the guy, not actually hitting him, than it a bit extreme to ban somebody for it.

Alright. Sorry. I really love this server, love the community, and enjoy every second of it. This won't happen again. I didn't know that punchwhoring was bannable, as it didn't seem that big of an offense. I truly am sorry, and I would be so appreciative if you'd find it in your heart to pardon me from my banishment. I am honestly sorry, and it will not happen again :/
