Post by  Guests I understand I broke the rules and I deserve that ban for sure but these screenshots only contain 5 -6 Agies boards which are what I paid for I also removed them all after that and dropped them. These boards were only up for 1 round. There are other Agies boards but the same as Gaffy and Pho they weren't helping our team and there wasn't many of them. I know I broke the rules but it would be nice if that was taken into consideration. | |

Post by Guests If you also watch the video by MSU you can see that after those photos I am packing up my Agies. So in total, I would have only used about 5 that were damaged/broken and the rest were packed up. | |

However, exploiting is exploiting and it is a bannable offense. | Based on your minor history, the ban will be 3 weeks long, you are free to appeal within 1 week giving a detailed explanation as to why you decided to exploit when you knew it's something obvious that you shouldn't do. I didn't see any bug reports of the issue, clearly it wasn't handled how it should have been from the few who used the exploit. Based on the appeal, I will lift up to 2 weeks of the ban (in time for Christmas and something special I have planned for ZS) based on how well it was written, and if you clearly explained why you exploited and why you shouldn't and hopefully won't in the future. I am looking to see that you have learned your lesson from this incident basically, it better be real good for the 2 week reduction. Not even recruits get special treatment for this. I know you didn't have bad intentions but it doesnt change the fact that an exploit is an exploit, you say people doing it, you shouldnt have followed. Further exploiting or rulebreaking can result in demotion. It wasn't made aware to any of the staff+ that you reported it and you still decided to block off a whole way in for zombies with the boards. Even if you removed them, it doesn't change the fact that you decided use the exploit. We expect more from our recruits and members, we expect to be notified of issues like this. I had to wake up to 1000 questions of this exploit, not 1 of my notifications being an explanation of it or how it was done. You will remain recruit and you all allowed to stay on Teamspeak, but you will serve up to a 3 week server ban, but a more detailed and thorough appeal can result in what I'd consider a generous reduction. Next time, don't exploit, if you know of one, either make a bug report or report it to a dS+. Approved. We will be looking for alts, don't try anything funny, or the ban will be extended. |

Post by Guests Ban Appeal, | This issue was found by GaffyGaf in the previous game and he tried to tell someone but no one listened, regardless, he had done it in the next game along with me. I joined along not fully realising the consequences of the offence, a few people a said "You are going to get banned" but I took that too lightly, I continued to do it only covering walls but greed, however got in the way and seeing that the map had 1000 points up for offer, I used it to fend of the zombies. With the warning I was given I used it less but still used it. Being a recruit I should have known the rules better and should have read up on them, I did not know fully how bad it was and just joined in for the fun of it, doing that was a bad Idea and using it to the human teams advantage was a worse idea. The main reason I did it was because of how funny and cool it looked in the building all being wooden and I wanted badly to figure out how Gaffy did it. Curiosity got the best of me and that's why I had done what I had done. I had not known about this exploit/glitch the previous match and this exploit was only found the game before regardless I didn't do anything about it when it was happening. I will hopefully keep a good record after this ban and now know that exploits and glitches need to be reported. I will try not to do anything like this again. I really enjoy the server and the community and hopefully this doesn't affect any of that too much. I hope this appeal is enough and I'm excited to get back when I can. Sorry for what I did. Bye. |
