Went into server where KradSnoop was playing. for the 3rd / 4th time ( 1 being a false ban ) admin doesn't have any proof of this player breaking any rules.
also indicated to me that he doesn't know how to record. i believe Imperial explained how to do recordings in CSS to him yesterday and i stated / informed him how to do them just about 5 mins ago, along with another player in the server.


Disapproved and locked.
