I try to explain that I cant do anything about it because I didn't see it happen. This is where it started to spiral downward. He starts by revenge-rdming the person who allegedly RDM'd him first. He starts insulting admins so he's muted, then unmuted after a round, then remuted for insulting us some more. Then he starts in chat, so he's gagged, then he changed his name as shown in one of the screenshots. Then he's kicked, comes back, warned about it, kicked again, came back, argued more, then was banned.

Okay well there's quite a bit to get through here so let's break this down:

i) Finch is completely correct in saying that he can't take any action on an inno RDM'ing a T without seeing it himself as he has no way of telling if you committed a traitorous act or not
ii) Even despite being RDM'd - revenge RDM is something that you should never do, I understand that you were annoyed about the situation but this is no way to handle it
iii) Your attitude towards Finch is unacceptable. As he didn't see the alleged RDM there was nothing he can do and you should have just moved on. Calling him "dense" etc was uncalled for and based on that the gag seemed justified. Let's remember that a prime HG rule is to respect all players and you have shown very little respect to Finch hence this action being taken against you.
iv) You saying "slay viking right now" is not okay - you don't order around admins on what they should or shouldn't do. Finch has been playing HG TTT a lot more than you have and no doubt has a more extensive knowledge of the rules and how to admin the server
v) If an admin asks you to do something such as change your name because it's clear disrespect/toxicity - then you do it. Stop trying to be so edgy and trolly.
vi) Coming into this ban report and throwing more shade on Finch calling him a "little child" and "it's a videogame maybe you should stick to the real world to your safe house." is going to get you nowhere - I don't see an apology for your actions anywhere, just more toxicity and disrespect

Take a small break and come back with a better attitude please - this ban is more for the toxicity and disrespect you have shown rather than your actual RDM

Ok so from now on if someone calles me dense or even calls me anything that bothers me be it something very small they will get muted as well right?
And admins can ban any name they don't like even if it's not against the rules right?

Like I just said - a key HG rule is to respect all players. If an admin feels that this rule has been breached then they will take action. This is what Finch did and I agree with his actions. Your change of names is a clear example of disrespect to Finch, and despite several warnings you carried on in this way.

I just gave you a prime opportunity to apologise for your actions and perhaps for me to reduce the ban length - but you decide to carry on arguing and bickering so it can stay at this length.

Like I said - come back with a better attitude when this ban expires.

Why would I apologise, I get kicked around muted gagged and rdmded and still it's me who needs to apologise, wow!
