Kapu HG Member   Report Reason: Harassment, General Toxicity, Threatening With Reports, False Reporting, Abuse of Votekick | Part 1: Abuse of Votekick Mr.Tabby has a history of abusing votekicks and Zlists when staff aren't present, you can ask essentially anyone. Here is a pretty blatant example: https://i.imgur.com/k5NDEeD.jpg He started a voteZlist against another player because their ZSpawn was next to his, which is backed up by both this screenshot and this one: https://i.imgur.com/hrLEyYS.png You will likely have noticed I vote kicked him for abusing Votekick, but I did then realize it was a votezlist, but either way, it was an abuse of such vote. This segways into Part 2: Threats and Harassment For some odd reason, MrTabby consistently claims he has a large amount of "proof" of "false" votekicks and zlists against me. Now, Do you think any player with good intentions would harbor such information to use as blackmail rather than reporting immediately? I sure don't. Let's bring up some examples, shall we? https://i.imgur.com/YFJBTUY.jpg https://i.imgur.com/rbSVMMI.jpg Blatant. But wait! There's more! I started a votekick against user Big Daddy since he was repeatedly saying "Minecraft" in an extremely high pitched voice, for several minutes. Obviously, some players, myself included, found it annoying. But of course, Tabby felt the need to butt in. Votekick: https://i.imgur.com/qusjMjp.png Tabby's "Harassment" and Threats: https://i.imgur.com/drIG5je.png One finally example I have on hand is the following situation: User GT4Tube was previously kicked for Votekick abuse (votekicking himself for attention), and had done it again, and was punished by OnePunchDestroy. For some reason, Tabby feels the need to bring up the fact I "supposedly" false votekick people. https://i.imgur.com/KGNXxtB.jpg Part 3: False Reports Recently, Mr.Tabby had reported me for Votekick Abuse [Editor's Note, aka my own notes but after going to retrieve my evidence: Tabby has reported me AGAIN, falsely, again.] , but it was denied due to lack of evidence. Funnily enough, I happen to have proof it was far from so. Addressing this report: https://hellsgamers.com/hgbans.php?i=230872-kapu Context: MrTabby's votekick contained violent threats, if my memory serves me correctly, it was along the lines of "ILL KILL YOUR FAMILY YOU STUPID BITCH" HellsGamer's Recruit Talbot can verify this was the case, and ZERO abuse was taking place. My votekick was: Votekick Abuse, Threats. His intentions in this report were 100% malicious, with no intention of bettering the server's playerbase. I responded to this with a similar reference, with the intentions of kicking for Votekick Abuse.Context. Is. Key. I'll keep in mind to keep my votes intentions clear from now on. I dont have much more to say with this report, other than, again, the intentions are of malice, with malicious purpose. Closing Remarks: Mr.Tabby is a toxic user, who is constantly harassing me over "false" votekicks, and always seeking to get me in trouble. He threatens me instead of taking action, I don't know from where which his malice for me is rooted, all I can determine is he is malicious in intention. Fume Knight HG Veteran   Not really enough proof for a ban, but I am going to have to warn both tabby and you at this point. You guys need to get along because at this point it is just becoming drama. Try your best to resolve this problem and get along. If you have any problems with him being toxic again, take it to ds+ with evidence, whether its a screenshot or video. Toxic behavior on our servers is not accepted as well as abusing votekick. | Disapproved. |
