In essence - slay for 1st offence, tlock for 2nd offence, tlist for 3rd offence (unless mass freekill [usually 4/5+ T's]).

Appears to me that this guy just derped and didn't clock it was lr after the warday, and should have been slain the next round.

If you have evidence of a slay and tlock then PM me on forums with proof.
