User has history of racism and changing name to avoid bans. He has only been unbanned from his last ban for about a week.

Approved and extended to 2 weeks. Would love to see his explanation for his behavior.

Upon looking further at the proof i actually want a good explanation from you if you want to play on our servers again, this type of behaviour is unacceptable.
