Been testing the rules all day. I don't personally have the proof of his first mute for racism but I did give him a chance after his kick as seen in my screenshots. Also explained he shouldn't be racist over mic after muting him the 2nd time (Only one seen in my screenshots). Also did some freekilling but I don't have those.
