SherlockPwnz Friend of HG Player suspected initially of norecoil and wallhack. Upon demo'ing and examining demo if you turn on r_drawothermodels 2 and sv_showcollide 1 at tick 400 player spawns in front office to the right side of the room. He jumps through the passthrough to the center of the room looking towards the left front office window then snaps to a players head through the wall. using showcollide I was able to disprove his norecoil but that snap to the head through the wall solidified my suspicions of the wall hacking. | zoutz.dem (1.45 MB) |

zoutzakje Friend of HG hi people, i just found out I have been banned from my favorite server (office dm). I've often been accused of hacking, but never actually done so or been banned for it. | I'm not the greatest player around, but when i really focus my aim is absolutely terrifying. Sometimes almost aimbot like. It's hard for me to keep this kind of focus constantly (hurts my neck and my hand), which is why my skills fluctuate. Anyone who's observed me for longer periods of time and played with me before should know this. When I'm on a roll, my mouse doesn't go past the players head, but stops dead on it. This doesn't just happen once in a blue moon, but rather often. I trained myself to make headshots as much as possible. It's because of the way i move my mouse, which is why my hand starts to hurt rather fast. Sometimes i shoot before i see an enemy player, because i try to predict the enemy movements. I've made some lucky kills that way, which may seem like hacking to the player on the receiving end of it. I have been unable to watch the demo Sherlok provided, because i don't know how and googles advice did not help me out either. I'm supposed to put the file in cstrike/installation (which i can't find in my steam folders) and then start the game and watch it through the console. I tried but i can't get it to work. Either way, i don't really have to see the demo. I know how i play and i know i have been falsely banned. I'm a hardcore gamer, not a hacker. I don't really see how i can defend myself in this case, so is there anything that can be done? Your cs office server is where i learned the game years ago and it's still my favorite server. |
