SherlockPwnz Friend of HG Banned, Player has played as TigerX in and out of the various servers. Multiple warnings on multiple occasions even on multiple days. I resorted to a straight ban after all the various warnings and requests for the music he has been playing in his mic to be shut off. He disregarded the rule for violating the mic spamming rule. SherlockPwnzFriend of HG Screenshots of previous warnings. | The crackhouse screenshots are from today, no screenshots of the warning in Dust2 where he was banned was taken because it is in the demo (I probably should have screenshot it anyway) The office warnings were from yesterday. Starting from yesterday TigerX (First name spotted) connected to office and was spamming music in the in game voice chat. It was so loud that a vocal warning could not be heard so I issued an all chat warning to him. It was ignored. Before I could get the mute set in place he disconnected. Saw him later on that night on office again and again he was warned but he again disconnected after being warned. Then tonight on crackhouse where I issued warnings and then even muted him. He responded with :| and :/ to my warnings then disconnected reconnected to Dust 2. After reporting this to Eddie after the fact that I banned him Eddie did instruct me that I should still have kicked and not gone straight to a ban but I felt that with his punishment avoidance the last 2 nights it would not have mattered and would have gotten to a ban in the first place. In the future I will issue a kick and then a ban.       |

DragonSlayer Retired Leadership   Yeah, That's some horribly loud Mic Spam. :) And i'm kinda okay with the straight ban here in this ban report. He did avoid further admin actions by disconnecting and going (Reconnecting) to another server. That could be in the avoidance category so thats fine in my view, I do see a Warn / Mute which is fine. Kicking is optional if you don't wanna mute but normally Muting them is fine, As if they do reconnect to avoid the Mute / Gag thats a Ban regardless so i'm fine with that. Also Since there has been an issue from this player for a couple of days, I'll give him a good duration to serve. Thanks for the report Sherlock. :) | Mic Spamming / Reconnecting to other HG Servers to Avoid Admin punishment isn't allowed. Ban approved / extended. |
