User Was zlocked the previous map for trolling with props.. Then on map change started a votekick with reason for "just for fun" was kicked for abusing votekick and warned to not abuse votekick.. rejoins and instantly votekicks himself again with random letters as a reason then immediately left. So user was banned for 30 minutes .

It seems you have some hours on the server so you should know not to abuse the votekick system. Although there is no proof of him poorly cading so I can't take action on that.
