I don't have aimbot, is there anyway to appeal this? After watching both demos it's very apparent to me that i've missed over half my shots as scout.

Can we get imperial to review this? I can't believe I'm being banned from the review of demos where I'm clearly missing half my shots and dying more often than not lol.

Or perhaps we can ask people such as Mack to review the demos, someone I've actually played against that has killed me many more times than I've killed him.

Demos are often reviewed more on aim then k/d ratio, (some aimbots are trash). On that note, through further review, I have been convinced that your unusual aim can be accomplished by non-cheating means and I can therefore not uphold this ban. So I apologize for any inconvenience.
