Starting off, I'm sorry but this demo is long. I just wanted to get enough to be sure and since he was mostly playing soldier with a small sniper section and some engineer at the end I wanted to be 100% sure in this ban. Starting off with soldier there were a few times his rockets did not leave the area they should've or were just angled incorrectly and would just hit someone's feet (player was using direct hit) other than that throughout the demo there were many times he was shooting players consistently but his cursor wasn't even near them. Along with him occasionally glancing over towards spies that were invisible, or just plain looking at players through walls. During his short time as sniper there were some suspicious shots as well. Towards the end of the demo some of those shots were getting a bit more obvious one where he peaked and shot a sniper at pretty much the opposite spawn then went back down the stairs. Long demo will be attached showing the gameplay.

Now on to the second reason I would like to request that this account [ STEAM_0:0:511718688 ] is checked to see if the IP matches. I have a couple of reasons for this first off and to me the most damning evidence is when they left they had a custom disconnect message that read "Keemstar can't be banned", and he changed his name to "I'm back" This lines up with the player this ban is for because his Profile Picture was Keemstar so a couple of players were calling him that also the fact that "The real B" also was able to use custom disconnect messages. Then nearly the instant this ban went through the player I suspect is his alt comes back from being afk and only says on thing "lol". All of this added together leads me to what seems the obvious conclusion of it being an alternate account for this user. I will attach screenshots for these claims.
