This player joined and near instantly changed his name to be the same as someone else. Which instantly threw up alarms for me, so I began spectating him and all I see is the roof as that's where he's staring, but that doesn't stop him from killing lots of people even with head shots. Obviously cheating.

Approved, cheating is not allowed on HG servers.
