Hi

I am not sure why I was banned permanently. I was playing as zombie and spawned as boss but then got kicked from server with a permanent ban.

Can an admin please look into this?

Is there any chance on making the ban temporary? I am not sure what this server's ban policies are, but does "trolling" warrant a permanent ban?

If the trolling refers to my frustration at the other zombies, I wasn't trolling. My team was not doing anything and so I had got upset with them.

I apologize about my outburst, however, and any other inconvenience I may have caused.

Your ban stayed because you got banned for being racist some days ago, there is no behaviour improvement since then as evidenced in your logs.

I will reduce the ban but understand that this is not okay within the server's guidelines.
