Alex- Friend of HG idk if this is where I appeal but here I go, about the toxicity, I might call someone a dumbass or something along those lines from time to time but nothing too extreme and nothing that warrants a permaban. For the drama, I do cause drama but it's is never my intention and I mainly just tell everyone about something that happens related to some staff breaking rules or abuse, not starting any actual drama that could emotionally offend or harm someone in any way, and in my opinion doesn't warrant a permaban. About disrespecting Leadership - I am not going to respect someone based of a title given to them, they have to earn it. There are plenty of staff that I think are doing a good job and I never disrespect them in any way besides a joke or two, which we all are guilty of joking around with others on the server, but when I see staff member breaking rules or being unfair towards given punishments, I lose all respect for them. Regarding this ban, the only thing I did to disrespect leadership was call McLovin, "Mcfurry." And finally regarding vote abuse, yes I will admit that I have done it quite a few times. I was unaware that this rule was taken so seriously, because from my experience, 99% of the time the vote is just stopped by a mod and the offender is told to quit it. | TLDR: In my opinion, I don't think that what I have done warrants a perma ban, but sorry for making staffs life tougher, I admit that am very critical of people in positions of power, and I will try to keep my mouth shut in the future, I would just like an outlet to discuss these issues, and only a very small majority of the playerbase looks on these forums so, in game is the easiest method. |

Silly Retired Leadership    The reason why you’ve been permanent banned is because you blatantly told people about an exploit which is malicious to the players on our server and crashes the server. The other things aren’t worth a permanent ban but everything all together really tells me that even after you were gagged, you continued drama. Exploiting is against our server rules and it clearly states that in the motd. Especially since you recently applied for mod i’m sure you have a decent understanding of the rules and knew that it wasn’t okay to do. For now you are going to stay banned. Think about your actions and take some time off the server in the meantime. | |
