Decer doesn't seem to understand the rules.
He doesn't respond to me when I try to type to him to ask him to read the rules, over either voice or chat, and still likes to come into the server and freeshoot and freekill during LR.
Screenshots are from yesterday and today. He doesn't seem to get it.
