has less than an hour in the server, instantly complains about server getting muted for mic spam, then says n word and disconnects.

if he wants to come back he can appeal here

I only saw 1 rule being broken 1 time, and that's saying the slur. As for constantly complaining, no rules were broken there. No need for a permaban, or at this rate any ban at the moment.
