I want to know where exactly on the rules it says I can't use binds or that there was a limit on how many binds I can use.

And why does "bind spam" entail a perma gag?

you've been warned for your binds before and all you did was change the binds slightly to bypass the warning.
constantly spamming your binds for the past couple months counts as spamming

Is there any proof/evidence of me being warned for this? Like the exact warning? And where was my permagag warning?

Also, again, why was I gagged if I was spamming chat?

I am going to lift the chat gag. Moving forward please do not disrupt the chat/server with your binds. Binds are okay as long as they don't disrupt the server and or chat. If you are binding nonsense and you are asked to stop, please stop. If you continue to spam nonsense binds you will be gagged permanently until GMOD leadership feels that you are able to be ungagged. Keep your nose clean and enjoy our servers!
