Yes. Pretty much all bans can be appealed. The only ones we definitely keep permanently are those who do something illegal.

I made some very bad decisions in the heat of the moment with my friends which I should have never done. I think i have definitly changed over three months and I feel that i can come back to HG with good intentions. Im really sorry to all of those I have hurt, and hope to have fun again on HG.
